Refund policy

At Ringo Official, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange is available within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Return Policy:

• Returns are only accepted if:
  • The product is damaged, OR
  • You received the wrong item.

Shipping Cost on Returns:

• If the return/exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will pay both side shipping charges.
• If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), Ringo Official will cover both side shipping charges.
